BlackBox provides training services in project management and related topics.  BlackBox is a Certified Training Partner with the Project Management Training Alliance.  BlackBox is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), certified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE). The firm is a Certified Training Partner (CTP) with the Project Training Alliance (PMTA®). We offer Solutions that fit practical business needs.

BlackBox offers training courses aligned with global standards such as the International Standards Organization’s ISO 31010 Risk Assessment standard and Project Management Institute’s project management methodology and processes. We offer customized  training to the work, processes, and templates of the host organization.  BlackBox uses hands-on learning to draw from the work of the participants offering less academic-based and more experience-based learning.

BlackBox delivers virtual courses using the GoToTraining® tool as our default, but  has  delivered training on other platforms (Adobe Connect, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams) at the client's request.  Past training sessions have hosted students spread across up to 10 countries on a common electronic platform with a constant interaction to keep the learners engaged.
